- Finned batteries
Constructed with 3/8" diameter copper tubes, manufactured according to CUPROCLIMA specifications. The staggered arrangement of copper tubes through self-spaced fins, the perfect fit between the two elements, and the use of corrugated fins allow our exchangers to achieve the highest cooling performance.
All batteries are subjected to a strength and leak test at a test pressure of 86 bar and subsequently pressurized with nitrogen at 1.5 bar to prevent corrosion of the inner surface of the copper tubes.
- Bodywork
The structure of the cooling unit box is made of galvanized steel.
Its external surface is painted epoxy-polyester, and later baked at 180ºC, thus giving it high protection against corrosion, even in extreme environmental conditions.
Vertical position legs included (type 2).
- Fans and motors
The diameter of the fans is Ø 450 mm.
External rotor axial fans (380-480V III @ 50Hz).
Equipped with AC fans as standard.

This product line, designed for transcritical CO2 facilities, is composed of 90 models of axial coolers for industrial applications, available in cooling capacities ranging from 50 to 1,200 KW. Koxka CO2 chillers feature a low noise level and minimal energy consumption. All of them equipped as standard with EC electronic fans. The speed of all its fans can be electronically controlled for greater energy savings. The KGX-630 range features models with capacities between 50 kW and 700 kW. For its part, the KGX-910 range offers capacities between 75 kW and 1,200 kW.
