- Finned batteries:
Constructed with 1/2" diameter copper tubing, manufactured according to CUPROCLIMA® specifications, and corrugated aluminum fins. They achieve high efficiencies.
The fin pitch is 3 mm in the EXA series, 4.5 mm in the EXR series and 7 mm in the EXC series.
All batteries are leak tested at a test pressure of 3,923 kPa (40 kg/cm2) and then pressurized with nitrogen to 147 kPa (1.5 kg/cm2) to prevent corrosion of the inner surface of the copper tubes.
- Bodywork:
It is made of galvanized steel sheet and painted with epoxy-polyester paint polymerized in an oven at 180ºC, which gives it high resistance to corrosion even in extreme environmental conditions.
Both the defrost trays and the side body panels are easily removable, making access to the interior of the appliances quick and easy.
- Fans and motors:
The fans used are Ø 450. equipped with three-phase motors (400 V @ 50Hz.)
- Defrost resistors:
They are shielded with stainless steel tubing, their terminals are vulcanized onto the tubing to prevent leakage, and they incorporate individual grounding.
They are strategically located in the evaporator in order to facilitate adequate and uniform defrosting.
Electrical resistors included in the EXC series, optional in EXR, and for EXA this option is not available because they are high-temperature models.
