This product line, designed for transcritical CO2 facilities, is composed of 90 models of axial coolers for industrial applications, available in cooling capacities between 50 and 1,200 KW.
Koxka CO2 coolers feature a low noise level and minimal energy consumption. All of them equipped as standard with EC electronic fansThe speed of all its fans can be electronically controlled for greater energy savings.
The KGX-630 range features models with capacities between 50 kW and 700 kW. For its part, the KGX-910 range offers capacities between 75 kW and 1,200 kW.

- Finned batteries
Constructed with 3/8″ Ø K65 copper tubes, manufactured in accordance with CUPROCLIMA specifications. The staggered arrangement of copper tubes through self-spaced fins, the perfect fit between both elements, as well as the use of corrugated fins, allow our exchangers to achieve the highest cooling performance. All coils are subjected to a resistance and leak test at a test pressure of 175 bar and subsequently pressurized with nitrogen at 1.5 bar to prevent corrosion of the inner surface of the copper tubes.
- Bodywork
The structure of the cooling unit box is made of galvanized steel.
Its external surface is painted epoxy-polyester, and later baked at 180ºC, thus giving it high protection against corrosion, even in extreme environmental conditions.
Equipped with internal separators to avoid the “by-pass” effect during sequential operation of the fans.
Metal protection at connections and bends.
'LEVITOR SYSTEM', a system that allows the battery to levitate in order to prevent leaks.
Legs for KGX-910 included for both positions (500mm/type 1 – 1150mm/type 2), for KGX-630 included in vertical position (740mm/type 2).
- Fans and motors
The diameter of the fans is Ø 630 mm (KGX-630) and 910 mm (KGX-910).
External rotor axial fans (380-480V III @ 50/60Hz).
Equipped with EC fans as standard. These motors allow rotation speed to be adjusted according to needs, with excellent acoustic performance. This allows for optimal operation of the installation.
