RADIALS (DRC)

• Finned batteries:

Constructed with 1/2" diameter slotted copper tubes manufactured to CUPROCLIMA specifications and corrugated aluminum fins, they achieve high efficiency.

All batteries are leak tested at a test pressure of 3,923 kPa (40 kg/cm2) and then pressurized with nitrogen to 147 kPa (1.5 kg/cm2) to prevent corrosion of the inner surface of the copper tubes.

• Bodywork:

The cooling unit's enclosure structure is made of galvanized sheet metal; its external surface can be painted with epoxy-polyester and then baked at 180°C, providing high corrosion protection, even in extreme environmental conditions. Metal protection is provided on connections and return bends.

The body panels are easily removable, making access to the interior of the vehicle quick and easy.

Designed with separators to prevent by-pass in sequential operation of the fans.

The air outlet can be directed using interchangeable covers.

• Fans and motors:

Equipped as standard with EC (Electronically Commutated) fans, high efficiency fans.

Three-phase motors Ø 630 mm, IP54, 380/480V, 50/60Hz, 2.9kW, 4.6A, 1,200 rpm.

Air pressure available up to 200 Pa.

The motors are inside an easily accessible metal support.
