V-shaped (VDC)

• Finned batteries:

Constructed with 1/2" diameter slotted copper tubes manufactured to CUPROCLIMA specifications and corrugated aluminum fins, they achieve high efficiency.

All batteries are leak tested at a test pressure of 3,923 kPa (40 kg/cm2) and then pressurized with nitrogen to 147 kPa (1.5 kg/cm2) to prevent corrosion of the inner surface of the copper tubes.

• Bodywork:

The cooling unit's enclosure structure is made of galvanized sheet metal; its external surface can be painted with epoxy-polyester and then baked at 180°C, providing high corrosion protection, even in extreme environmental conditions. Metal protection is provided on connections and return bends.

Designed with separators to prevent bypass during sequential fan operation. They are also designed for easy handling and can be transported in containers.

• Fans and motors:

The fans have a diameter of 800 mm. They are equipped with three-phase external rotor motors (400 V @ 50 Hz).

Includes wiring to the junction box.

High-efficiency EC fans available.

• Quality observations:

• Safer than closed-circuit cooling towers, there is NO risk of legionella.
